About

About me  – ETL & DataStage Technical Trainer

I am an ETL professional and Technical Trainer with over 5 years of hands-on industry experience in IBM DataStage, SQL development, and data warehousing solutions.

Throughout my career, I have worked on real-time enterprise projects involving data integration, performance tuning, delta loads, SCD implementations, and large-scale ETL architectures. My focus has always been not just writing jobs — but designing scalable, optimized, production-ready data solutions.

Over time, I realized that many professionals struggle not because they lack intelligence — but because they lack structured guidance and real-time project exposure.

That’s why I started training.

My training approach is practical, scenario-based, and interview-oriented. I focus on:

  • Real-time ETL architecture understanding
  • DataStage best practices
  • SQL optimization techniques
  • Performance tuning strategies
  • Interview preparation with real project discussions

I train:

  • Freshers entering ETL/Data Engineering
  • Working professionals switching to DataStage
  • Developers preparing for senior-level interviews
  • Career gap professionals restarting IT careers

My goal is simple:

ðŸ‘‰ To make you confident enough to design, explain, and implement ETL solutions independently.

If you're serious about mastering DataStage and building a strong ETL career, you’re in the right place.
